“I have lived here 3 months now and find the place very nice, relaxing, and a charm in the oasis. There is a 24/7 exercise room, gated community, free BBQ stations, pet park, great swimming pool and jacuzzi plus fireplace, the front desk will receive packages and the clubroom may be reserved for functions. The grounds and front desk/facility are kept very clean and organized. The best part of living here is that you are within walking distance of Food City, Frys, Outback Steakhouse, Chillis, Buffalo Wild Wings, Daves BBQ, Peter Piper Pizza, Target, Circle K, Taco Bell, Schlotskis, Big Five Sporting Goods, and several other places. There is also a paved trail just outside the front entrance that’s great for walking, biking and running.”
